Our Process

Built Right
from the Slab Up.

A great epoxy floor is not magic. It is inspection, prep, the right system, and clean execution. That is how we build floors for Boone, NC and the High Country.

01 Step One

We Start with
Your Concrete.

Every floor starts with the slab. We look at cracks, moisture, previous coatings, traffic, drainage, and how the space actually gets used. Boone weather is hard on concrete, so we do not guess.

  • On-site slab inspection
  • Moisture and surface condition review
  • Traffic, use, and cleaning needs discussed
  • Clear recommendation before any work begins

02 Step Two

A System Built
for the Space.

No two floors need the same build. We match the system to your slab, budget, timeline, return-to-service needs, and goals, whether that means flake epoxy, metallic epoxy, quartz, polished concrete, commercial coatings, or grind and seal.

  • System selected for real-world use
  • Color, texture, sheen, and topcoat options
  • Straight pricing with no franchise markup
  • Schedule planned around your home or business

03 Step Three

Prep Heavy.
Install Clean.

The finish is only as good as the preparation underneath it. We mechanically grind, repair, clean, and install the system with the right broadcast, coat timing, and topcoat for the job.

  • Mechanical grinding and surface profiling
  • Crack, pit, and spall repair as needed
  • Epoxy, flake, quartz, metallic, or sealer application
  • UV-stable topcoat options for wear, chemicals, and hot tires

04 Step Four

Final Check.
No Loose Ends.

Before we call the job complete, we walk the floor with you, review care instructions, answer questions, and make sure the finished system is ready for daily use.

  • Final surface and edge inspection
  • Cleanup and walkthrough with the owner
  • Care and maintenance guidance
  • Local follow-up if you need us later
